Some B2B customers are currently experiencing Loss of Direct Internet Connection / Slow Speeds and Inbound Phone service. Network Monitoring has determined that a drop in service was observed on our network and this is causing loss of Direct Internet Connection / Slow Speeds and HUC (hosted contact centre) for B2B customers and loss of inbound call service.
